Tampa Bay Investor is a real estate investment business based in Pinellas County. We buy houses in Tampa and across Pinellas, from Tarpon Springs to St. Pete Beach, in whatever condition they're in. Some need a new roof. Some took on water in 2024. Some were inherited and still hold a lifetime of belongings. Some just belong to people who want a simple sale on their own schedule.

When a house is a better fit for one of them, because of the location, the size of the project or the timing, we may share your request with that partner so you still get a fair offer. What we are, and what we aren't
We're buyers, not agents. We don't list houses for sale and we don't represent you in a sale.
