This policy explains what Tampa Bay Investor ("we", "us") collects when you use tampabayinvestor.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone number, the property address and anything you tell us about the property or your situation
- Whether you ticked the optional call and text consent box, with the date, time and page it was submitted from
- Basic site data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected by our website platform
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your request about selling your property: to review the property, contact you, make or arrange an offer and keep a record of our conversations. We don't use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Who we share it with
Information you submit may be shared with our local real estate investor partners, who may contact you about your property. We don't sell your information for unrelated marketing. We also use service providers (our website and email platform, systeme.io) to store and process it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Calls and texts
Submitting a form asks us to contact you about your property. Automated or prerecorded calls and texts are sent only if you tick the optional consent box, and ticking it is never required to get an offer. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or by emailing us. We and our partners only call between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it's relevant to your request and our records of it. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
Email us to see the information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll also pass deletion requests on to any partner we shared your request with.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
